Bag sealer that employs hot air to form the seal. This method produces a consistent heat across the whole seal and a more air tight seal compared to hot wire sealers. The seal is formed as the product travels along an outfeed conveyor at constant speed. Bag tail removal is performed along with the sealing the flow through machine, performing both tasks in minimal conveyor length.

CHARACTERISTICS
- Stainless steel case with an anodized aluminum frame.
- Compact design can be mounted horizontally or vertically, available in left- and right-hand versions.
- Independent heat and internal belt speed allow for precise seal adjustment.
- Low maintenance air heating.
- PID temperature controller with solid state relay.
- Options include: bag tail removal vacuum, inlet vacuum system, wrinkle eliminator for pre tensioning seal zone of bag, and bag flattener to better present bag to sealer inlet.
